Lesson Fees and Payment
• Lessons are conducted during School terms and School holidays.
• Lessons can be paid either in half term or full term.
• Payment is due before or at the first lesson of each half term or term.
• If a student wishes to participate in recitals, exams, music festivals or competitions, there is extra lessons may also be necessary to prepare students for such events.
• Payment can be made via Cash, Cheque, Direct Deposit.
• Should you wish to use Direct Deposit, please ensure that your name is entered at the time of payment.
• Please, also provide a receipt of transaction in person, or via post or email to services@starlightmusic.com.au
• If fees are not paid in full by the due date, lesson will be suspended until such fees are paid.
Cancelled Lessons
• 24 hours notice is required if a student is unable to attend a lesson, otherwise there will be no make-up lesson and the lesson will be charged for
• Make-up lessons are limited to two in any given semester; they may not be "carried over" from one semester to another. There are no refunds for missed lessons.
• If there are a great number of cancellations made for several months, lessons may be terminated.
• If you have no lessons for over a month with no reason, the reserved lesson time may not be kept.
• Two weeks’ notice is required for students discontinuing lessons for any reason.
Make up Lessons
The make up the lesson in one of two ways:
• Re-scheduling for another time during the day of the original lesson
• Or re-scheduling on another day during the same week.
NOTE: Lessons cancelled by teacher will be rescheduled. When this is not possible, you may carry any credits forward to the following term.
